Job summary

Placements24 in Canada is seeking a Senior Rugby Development Officer to drive growth and improve rugby standards in the Kimberley region. You will implement development programs, run coaching initiatives, and identify talent across grassroots and community levels.

The role requires World Rugby Level 2 or 3, at least four years in rugby development or coaching, strong communication and stakeholder management, and a passion for inclusive, safe sport with travel to engage schools, clubs, and unions.

About the Role

You will work closely with schools, clubs, and local rugby unions to foster a love for the game and develop the next generation of players and coaches. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for rugby development in the designated region.
  • Organize and deliver coaching clinics, workshops, and training camps for players and coaches.
