Job summary

Parsons in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a Senior Engineer – Roads & Highways to lead design and delivery of municipal roadways. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, provide technical direction, and drive project success from start to finish.

The role requires a P.Eng, 8+ years of GTA road/highway experience, and proficiency with Civil 3D/OpenRoads Designer/AutoCAD. Parsons offers a strong benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• 8+ years in roads/highways engineering, including MTO/municipal projects
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng), preferably with PEO
• Proven GTA roadway design track record
• Strong knowledge of transportation engineering standards

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of municipal roads and highways projects
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and provide technical direction
• Prepare technical reports, documents, and cost estimates
• Mentor junior staff and ensure quality deliverables
• Ensure designs meet provincial/municipal standards
