Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; professional designations preferred.
• Minimum five to seven years risk control experience with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Performs workplace/work site risk evaluation and consultative risk improvement services for complex accounts.
• Provides risk assessment information to support underwriting for prospective, new and renewal accounts; submits Risk Control recommendations.
• Assesses customer risk control needs and develops customized strategies and implementation plans.
• Recommends development and implementation of risk control policies, marketing and business strategies.
• Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external partners; conducts education, training, and presentations.
• Provides expertise in one or more specialty areas to internal and external customers.
• May identify opportunities for new products and services.
• Conducts agency/broker visits to promote CNA’s products and services.
