Job Description : DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

TD Enterprise Protect (EP) Technology 1B team partners with TDS Technology Solutions globally to oversee internal controls ensuring technology activities stay within TD Bank's risk appetite and meet regulatory requirements.

The team manages the implementation of risk, control, governance programs, policies, and projects across TDS Technology Solutions. It acts as the main contact for TDS technology, collaborating with subject matter experts and technology leaders to implement policies, frameworks, and standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to the Senior Manager, EP Technology 1B, the Manager oversees Technology resources for Audit requests, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and appropriate responses. The role involves addressing or escalating potential issues to ensure proper awareness and engagement.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Providing technical expertise on Technology Controls, policies, and standards
  • Understanding Audit workflows and requirements
  • Facilitating Audit / Regulatory walkthroughs with stakeholders and auditors
  • Maintaining audit request trackers and artifacts in JIRA
  • Reviewing Audit requests and evidence for clarity and risk mitigation
  • Supporting a positive work environment focused on service, quality, and teamwork
  • Identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Building relationships across business and technology partners
  • Participating in knowledge transfer within the team and business units

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 5+ years of Audit experience, preferably in financial services
  • University or Post-Graduate degree; professional auditing / risk management designation is a plus
  • CISA or CIA certification is an asset
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, including presenting options to both IT and business stakeholders
  • Interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Adaptability to changing initiatives and requirements
  • Effective time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
