Job summary

Infosys is hiring for Analog layout in Vancouver. You will work with layout engineers and RF designers to craft transistor-level layouts for RF and analog blocks, including bandgap, LDOs, ADC/DAC, and PLLs.

You will ensure layouts pass extraction, DRC, LVS, and DFM checks with a strong emphasis on matching, parasitics, shielding, and high-frequency routing. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 4+ years in IT with eligibility to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in a related field; 3 years of progressive experience in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with layout engineers and RF designers to build transistor-level analog/RF layouts.
• Ensure layouts meet verification flows: extraction, DRC, LVS, and DFM.
• Assess layout quality for power/ground routing, electromigration, signal path, and IQ matching.
• Prepare layouts suitable for tape-out and provide clear documentation for the verification team.
