Job description

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by

We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst for our Global Revenue Operation Management Team. By analyzing and optimizing operational data, you'll accelerate and improve our decision-making process by ensuring access to timely and accurate information. If you love digging into root causes, identifying patterns, and collaborating across teams, then this role is for you.

What you’ll be doing:

  1. Gather requirements and translate business problems into structured quantitative problems.
  2. Build clear, insightful reports; improve the reliability, accuracy, clarity, and production time of Go-to-Market reports.
  3. Collaborate with functional departments to derive business insights from analytical outputs, develop recommendations, and present data stories and visualizations.
  4. Ensure business processes support data integrity and implement corrective measures promptly.
  5. Work with the corporate data team to design accurate datasets, reports, dashboards, and analyses for operational and strategic initiatives.
  6. Synthesize findings and communicate key messages to stakeholders.
  7. Handle ad hoc projects, such as evaluating new business activities or process changes.

What you bring:

  • Strong business acumen and ability to translate needs into data requirements.
  • Experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional outcomes with stakeholders from IT, IS, GTM Ops, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills, passion for data, and experience building tools and dashboards.
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or related fields.

Additional qualities:

  • Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn new data systems.
  • Effective communication and ability to follow directions.
  • Attention to data accuracy and integrity.

We believe people are more than their resumes. If you're unsure, apply and give it a shot!
