Job Description

The Senior Retail Sports Analyst will manage the day-to-day implementation of sports product offerings at retail, ensuring maximized sales, net win, and market penetration aligned with OLG's strategic plan. The role involves collaboration with the Digital Sports Team and Service Provider.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with service providers and the Digital Sports Team to determine the 300,000+ events offered annually.
• Contribute to retail trading strategies, including liability management, margins, and product offerings.
• Analyze daily sports activities and wagering patterns, monitor product performance, and identify suspicious activities.
• Ensure sports product integrity and support issues management and troubleshooting.
• Assist in product development and innovation by analyzing player behavior and market trends.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Knowledge of sports betting industry, markets, leagues, and gaming systems.
• Skills in product management, communication, and problem-solving.

Work Environment:

Must be available to work between 9:00 am and midnight, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends and holidays.
