SEEKING A MOTIVATED, PROVEN RESTAURANT LEADER WANTING AN EXCEPTIONAL STABLE GROWTH OPPORTUNITY!

Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager looking to join a growing full service family casual restaurant in Prince George, BC? I f so, then we may be the perfect fit for you! We're looking for a proven Restaurant Manager with excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and train employees, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, to step into an Assistant General Manager role with the make up and desire to ultimately move into a General Manager role.

Youll lead from the front and will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations including training, scheduling, inventory control, customer service standards, food quality assurance and compliance with health and safety regulations. Youll also help to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly.

Additional responsibilities will include :

  • Leading shifts that create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Overseeing the training of new team members on the restaurants policies and procedures
  • Resolving guest complaints quickly and professionally
  • Managing shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels are maintained
  • Developing strategies that increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Supporting the management team in promoting a positive work environment
