We’re growing. Due to an increase in demand for our services, we’re looking for Senior Childcare Workers to join our teams across the Greater Glasgow area. Your preferred place of work will be discussed with you during the interview process to ensure the best match.

This is a role for someone who’s not afraid to get stuck in, take the lead on shift, and be the voice for the young people in their care. You’ll be supporting children who have experienced trauma, helping them feel safe, valued, and ready to take on new opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leading by example on shift and guiding your team to deliver excellent care
  • Managing casework and care plans for your assigned young person
  • Building trust through fun, confidence, and compassion
  • Working with families, schools, and professionals to get the best outcomes
  • Encouraging children to develop new skills, hobbies, and friendships
  • Promoting a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

What You’ll Bring

    This post requires you to be a member of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and undertake the necessary vetting checks.
