Job Summary

As a Senior Research Scientist for our Bioanalysis team located in Senneville, you will be responsible for the design, conduct and reporting of Laboratory Sciences studies efficiently, profitably and with the maximum scientific quality. You will also scientifically direct the Analysts and other technical staff associated with the conduct, interpretation and reporting of studies.

In this role, primary responsibilities include:

  • Designing, writing, reviewing and editing, as necessary, Study Plans, amendments and study schedules that define and schedule all study activities.
  • Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of study procedures, whether performed within the department or by service departments.
  • Ensuring that projects are performed according to Standard Operating Procedures and Good Laboratory Practice regulations and being aware of appropriate regulations, guidelines and guidance.
  • Writing, reviewing and editing, as necessary, draft or final reports that document all study related procedures and results.
  • Prompt verbal or written communication with Sponsors on study related business.
Key Elements

We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:

  • 5 years of experience with LCMS and extractions.
  • Bachelor’s / master’s degree with 5 years of experience, PhD with 1-2 years.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Experience in a GLP environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

Role Specific Information:

Location: 22022 Trans-Canada Highway, Senneville (QC) H9X 1C1

Salary: As per salary scale

Schedule: Monday to Friday
