What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Innovate and develop new ML/NLP/GenAI approaches in a collaborative environment

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant degree in a technical discipline
- Work experience in a challenging engineering setting, building high-quality software frameworks
- Excellent programming, debugging, and system design skills
- Strong communication skills for reporting and presenting findings
- Familiarity with cloud tools such as Amazon AWS, MS Azure, or Google Cloud

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Contributions to publications at venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, or ACL
- Experience with state-of-the-art engineering topics related to large language models
- Previous experience with large-scale machine learning systems
- Strong software and/or infrastructure engineering skills demonstrated through open-source contributions
