Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Research Associate to join our team at Phreesia Network Solutions! In this role, you will combine your experience in quantitative market research and managing relationships with internal stakeholders along with your track record of using data driven insights to inform client strategy. Reporting to the Senior Research Manager, you will serve as the research lead for an assigned portfolio of accounts, owning measurement surveys for our Key Offering – PatientConnect - and managing primary market research studies ( PatientInsights ) to surface actionable insights at the brand, therapeutic category, and industry level.
What You'll Do:
Manage the development, fielding, and reporting of measurement surveys for 60+ campaigns with Analyst support.
Deliver and present measurement reports to clients and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize campaign performance.
Serve as the research lead across internal calls and bring research expertise to support the development of campaigns, answer questions and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
Propose and develop appropriate survey methodologies and bespoke research studies that align with client goals across a variety of condition spaces .
Manage multiple research projects from beginning to end and establish strong client relationships to successfully manage deliverables and expectations .
Synthesize insights and strategic recommendations across a variety of data sources, with particular emphasis on survey-based research.
Work effectively in a team environment and be able to collaborate with all membersof the Life Sciences department.
What You'll Bring:
B achelor's degree and 4+ years of experience working on market research projectswith a focus on quantitative research projects , preferably within the healthcare or marketing/advertising industry
Self-starter attitude to work autonomously on several projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Advanced Excel skills to analyze data and translate it in to a narrative and proficiency in PowerPoint to develop presentations that will WOW our clients
Communication skills to build relationships and deliver impactful presentations to our clients
E xperience with Alchemer , Monday.com, Tableau or Qlik is a plus
