Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize polymer formulations to meet customer requirements and improve first-pass acceptance rates.
• Manage multiple customer sample requests and ensure timely delivery within R&D lead times.
• Collaborate with operations and manufacturing to scale up new products and optimize production processes.
• Provide technical support to sales teams and customers, including product recommendations and troubleshooting.
• Maintain R&D records, formulations, and testing data while ensuring compliance with quality and environmental standards.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in plastic development, including formulation, processing, and performance optimization.
• PVC experience and the ability to take on progressively challenging responsibilities.
• BS in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Chemical Engineering (not required).
• Strong understanding of polymer properties, processing, and application performance.
