Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive sanitation compliance strategies and policies nationwide.
• Oversee remote monitoring and auditing of sanitation practices across all company facilities.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant local, national, and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Lead and mentor a remote team of compliance specialists and regional sanitation leads.
• Analyze compliance data and generate detailed reports for senior management, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
• Develop and deliver remote training programs on sanitation compliance for relevant personnel.
• Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies regarding sanitation compliance inquiries.
• Identify emerging risks and trends in sanitation and compliance, recommending proactive measures.
• Manage the company's sanitation compliance documentation and record-keeping systems.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, and EHS departments to ensure integrated compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in sanitation management, environmental health, or regulatory compliance, with a significant focus on large-scale operations.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing company-wide compliance programs.
• Proven ability to manage and lead remote teams effectively across geographically dispersed locations.
• Expert knowledge of relevant sanitation regulations, standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO), and best practices.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency in advanced compliance management software, data analysis tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
