FSRA in Ontario seeks a Senior Risk Analyst to lead risk analyses and reporting on a portfolio of financial institutions, shaping regulatory risk management and monitoring strategies. You will work with credit unions, insurers and other stakeholders to assess risk areas and identify action plans.

The role emphasizes data analytics, change management and collaboration with IT and Macro Surveillance Analytics.

Formación

• Degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field with CA/CPA/CFA designation.
• 3–5 years’ experience in risk analysis and assessment in financial or business environment.
• Knowledge of risk analysis methodologies and techniques.
• Experience leading business process reviews and change management initiatives through to implementation.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts comprehensive risk analysis of business intelligence, market data, financial and regulatory information to assess risk areas.
• Maintains risk assessment profiles for each institution and identifies emerging risks with action plans.
• Supports analysis of sector and peer data trends and reporting.
• Develops and maintains data collection and reporting with IT and Macro Surveillance Analytics (MSA).
• Builds risk analysis expertise and collaborates across Credit Union and Insurance Prudential teams.
• Ensures risk profiles and documentation support supervisory actions.
