Senior Appointments | Accounting & Finance | Financial Services and Professional Services

Our client is a multinational bank with it's European Headquarters based in Dublin. As part of continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Reporting Manager to join their Dublin finance team on a permanent basis. This is a regulated position responsible for supporting both internal and external regulatory reporting, with a primary focus on the Irish subsidiary of a major international bank.

The successful candidate will serve as the initial reviewer of all regulatory submissions and contribute to the preparation of key prudential reports. The role involves maintaining a strong control environment, driving continuous improvement, and engaging with both internal stakeholders and external regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and review internal and external regulatory returns (liquidity and capital reporting).
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of prudential returns in compliance with evolving regulatory requirements.
• Support leadership with oversight and decision-making.
• Mentor and guide junior finance team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control in regulatory reporting activities.
• Maintain strong internal controls and governance to ensure compliance and reduce operational risk.
• Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and regulatory authorities, delivering clear and insightful reporting.
• Monitor and escalate operational and conduct risks, contributing to a robust risk management culture.

Qualifications & Experience :

Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)

Circa 5+ years PQE within an Irish regulated entity

Experience reporting into the CBI

Package :

Base salary of €100k-€110k
