We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Specialist in our Kanata-based office, on our small yet mighty Talent Acquisition team, on a 14-month fixed-term contract providing maternity cover.

You will join a top-performing, globally visible team passionate about recruiting. We seek someone who enjoys working with the business and partnering with managers throughout the recruitment process to help ensure QNX meets and exceeds its hiring goals, while satisfying candidates' aspirations for their next career step.

Using your technical knowledge, you will research and source hard-to-find candidates with unique skills in very competitive, candidate-driven markets. Utilizing your recruitment expertise, you will employ a consultative approach to build and implement strategies that identify passive and active candidates across a wide range of roles in a dynamic industry.

• A proven track record of providing an outstanding recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
• Success sourcing candidates directly via multiple platforms such as LinkedIn and Github.
• Ability to manage sophisticated hiring processes and see them through to closure.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills to build and maintain effective relationships.

Desirable

• Previous experience using Workday.
