Since 2002, we’ve built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and results. With continued growth across the New Brunswick region, we’re looking to add a Senior Recruitment Consultant (SRC) to our Moncton office.

This is a unique opportunity to join a respected firm at a time of exciting growth. As SRC, you’ll take a lead role in building our presence in New Brunswick by managing full-cycle recruitment projects, deepening client relationships, and developing a strong network of top-tier candidates. You’ll be instrumental in shaping our local strategy and be supported by a close-knit, experienced team across Atlantic Canada.

What You’ll Do :

  • Manage and lead accounting and administrative search assignments from start to finish
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with business owners, finance leaders, HR professionals, and executive directors across the province
  • Proactively identify, engage, and assess high-performing candidates through various sourcing strategies
  • Contribute to business development efforts and the ongoing growth of our client base
  • Meet with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business, culture, and hiring needs
  • Provide value-added guidance throughout the hiring process — including interviews, offers, negotiations, and onboarding
  • Be a trusted advisor and brand ambassador in the local market

Who You Are :

  • A motivated, high-energy professional with a passion for people, business, and results
  • Skilled in relationship building, with excellent communication and interpersonal instincts
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and confident using modern recruitment tools and social media
  • Knowledgeable about finance, accounting, and administrative functions and how they operate within organizations
  • Experienced in recruitment, HR, or a related client-facing role — with post-secondary education to match

What We Offer :

  • A permanent position with a competitive compensation and benefits package
  • Autonomy, flexibility, and the chance to make a real impact in a growing market
  • A supportive, collaborative team that values trust, transparency, and fun
  • The opportunity to grow your career within a well-established and respected Atlantic Canadian firm
