Klopp Richards & Associates are seeking a dedicated results-orientated driven individual to join our team as a Senior Recruitment and Business Development Consultant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an environment where they are given the autonomy to make decisions and structure their day. This opportunity is a fully remote role and we provide support and guidance while giving our employees the opportunity to create what works for them. The ideal candidate would have over 5 years of recent experience in an agency environment working in a 360 desk.

We develop long-term relationships with our clients and go above and beyond to ensure top talent is in place.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Partnering with Account Managers to source and attract the best qualified talent for our clients
  • Conducting effective phone screens interviews and references; matching and presenting exceptional candidates to clients
  • Managing candidate communication through job order fulfillment to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Building strong candidate pools through initiatives tied to direct sourcing referrals networking and any other channels suitable for driving the development of an exceptional network of candidates
  • Ensuring a high-quality thorough and candidate and client experience by providing transparency and consistent progress updates to external / internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies practices and company values
  • Consistently and accurately updating ATS System
  • Ability to work independently and achieve results

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 5 years of recent experience in an agency environment working in a 360 desk
  • Must have cold calling / BD as well as recruitment in professional services
  • Post-Secondary education or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficiency in software tools MS Office ATS LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed etc.
  • Interest in a performance-based environment with a focus on client service
  • Enthusiasm to network and communicate with others
  • Exceptional attention to detail strong sense of urgency the ability to prioritize while functioning effectively within constantly changing timelines
  • Purpose driven tenacious and determined
  • Experience working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment while ensuring strong communication organizational planning and time management skills
  • This position is well suited to a highly personable client focused professional with a desire to succeed
