What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Assist Hiring Manager or Executive Recruiter with recruitment duties
  2. Review available positions and candidate requirements
  3. Communicate with the HR team and manage the résumé database
  4. Conduct initial phone screenings and set up interviews with candidates
  5. Track open positions using recruiting software and post job applications on social media and job sites

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Experience recruiting different levels of talent
  2. Proven track record of success with various recruiting methods

  4. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  5. Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and the HR team
