What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Hiring Manager or Executive Recruiter with recruitment duties
- Review available positions and candidate requirements
- Communicate with the HR team and manage the résumé database
- Conduct initial phone screenings and set up interviews with candidates
- Track open positions using recruiting software and post job applications on social media and job sites
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience recruiting different levels of talent
- Proven track record of success with various recruiting methods
- Ability to maintain composure in demanding situations
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong communication skills for interacting with candidates and the HR team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with both 3rd party (agency) and internal recruiting at the corporate level
- Experience recruiting in the Construction industry
