Responsibilities

Champion candidate experience as a brand ambassador for Optimus SBR

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across the multiple industry verticals from intake to offer acceptance.

Partner with internal stakeholders and project managers to define resource requirements and build targeted sourcing strategies

Source screen and interview candidates using a variety of recruitment methods.

Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting metrics in ATS.

Stay up to date on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Contribute to the life and culture of Optimus SBR by engaging in team initiatives and supporting our values-driven workplace.

Qualifications

5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably within professional services consulting or corporate environments.

Proven success recruiting across multiple sectors such as Financial Services Public Sector Health Care Technology Infrastructure or Consumer sectors

Strong Sourcing skills (using Corp LinkedIn License Boolean search AI)

Strong relationship-building communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced high-growth environment.

Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. (Lever and LinkedIn preferred)

Required Education : Related University Degree (e.g. Human Resources Business Administration or a related field).

Preferred Education & Certifications : Post-Graduate degree (e.g. MBA HRM) or certifications such as CHRP CHRL.
