Senior Recruitment Specialist at LeverageTek Staffing Solutions

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Senior Recruiter for a Permanent position with Ottawa based customer.

Work Location : 4x week on-site at HQ in Ottawa

Key Responsibilities :

  • Proactively build and grow networks of qualified independent professionals, with a focus on technology and consulting talent in Ottawa.
  • Utilize robust database search tools and sourcing strategies to identify and engage top candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to accurately evaluate candidates’ strengths, skills, and fit for client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout their job search journey.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in the candidate database and ensure a seamless recruitment process from sourcing to placement.
  • Support on proposals by working with contractors and building responses to Request for Proposal requirements.

Key Qualifications :

  • 10+ years experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with database search tools and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate client and candidate needs.
