What you will do

As a Technical Developer Lead, you will build and deploy reconciliation solutions using the Enterprise Reconciliation Platform. You will participate in client discussions and design workshops to develop reconciliation projects tailored for our clients. Once in production, your role is crucial in ensuring that solutions are performant and meet operational SLAs.

Who you are:

• Design & develop scalable applications involving cloud-based infrastructure (Azure, Snowflake, Python, Cosmos DB).
• Have a solid understanding of the SaaS (Software as a Service) model in online environments.
• Experience writing SQL queries and stored procedures for relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle.
• Experience with Microservices architecture, API development, and event-driven systems.
• Automate release engineering processes for deploying code across different client regions and instances.
• Exposure to the financial services industry.
• Experience engaging with users or clients from technical or business backgrounds, preferably in a client-facing role.
• Support production processes, including overnight COB/SOB processing of accounting data, regulatory reports, client statements, and new client feeds.
• Install, configure, test software, investigate problems, and analyze database performance.
• Address data and environment issues, perform impact, root cause analysis, and implement maintenance activities.
• Work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Demonstrate problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with J2EE, cloud infrastructure (Azure, Snowflake, Python, Cosmos DB), and relational databases like Oracle.
• Experience migrating applications to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience with ETL tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of testing and quality assurance methodologies.
• Experience in financial services as a business analyst or developer.
