Seniority : Senior / Lead

TL / DR :

We are looking to add a highly skilled and experienced React Native developer to our team. You will help build and launch our new mobile app on Android and iOS platforms. You will work alongside both experienced and intermediate developers, collaborating with others and leading projects.

The nitty-gritty :

• Leading by example, reporting back to the CTO
• Participating in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for future features
• Sprint Planning: breaking down large epics into smaller, actionable tasks with details
• Conducting Code Reviews to provide feedback and guidance
• Pair Programming over Tuple to support team members
• Prototyping concepts for idea exploration
• 5+ years of engineering experience in the software industry as a developer, architect, or engineer with a proven track record of delivering demanding projects
• 3+ years of experience developing React Native mobile applications
• Experience with React Native with and without Expo
• Knowledge of React Native best practices
• Experience integrating and debugging third-party Native SDKs; contributions to SDKs are a plus
• Understanding of security best practices in mobile development
• Knowledge of testing principles for mobile apps
• Familiarity with responsive design concepts focused on mobile

Bonus Points :

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile
• Knowledge of Google Play and Apple App Store processes
• Experience with Vue.js or React.js (our frontend team uses Vue)
• Knowledge of Nuxt.js / Next.js
• Understanding of Node.js and server-side rendering
• Ability to create functional user interfaces from wireframes or discussions
