Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Canada is looking for an experienced electrical engineer to join their national team focused on rail electrification. In this role, you will lead and perform detailed power system studies, ensure compliance with engineering standards, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on infrastructure projects. Candidates should have a relevant degree, a Professional Engineer license in Ontario, and significant experience in MV or LV systems, preferably with a mix of technical expertise and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in MV or LV systems, particularly in rail or transit projects.
• Licensed as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario or eligible for licensure.
• Proven experience with complex project delivery and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Perform power system studies to assess performance and compliance.
• Analyze and interpret results to support engineering decisions.
• Contribute to electrical system design for rail and transit infrastructure.
