Job summary

iA Financial Group, part of iA Global Asset Management, seeks a Quant Systems Engineer to partner with Front Office teams to co-develop scalable quantitative solutions and robust analytics platforms.

You will transform investment workflows into production-ready implementations, integrate AI-enabled capabilities, and ensure reliable data pipelines across cloud-native environments. Strong software engineering and quantitative fluency are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience for intermediate candidates; 8+ years for senior.
• Experience at the intersection of software engineering, analytics, quantitative research, or investment workflows.
• Experience with production-grade software development and scalable systems.
• CFA, CQF, FRM, or other quantitative/financial designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and co-develop quantitative solutions supporting investment workflows.
• Translate research and analytical workflows into production-ready implementations.
• Build robust, reusable software components for scalable analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with quants, researchers, and investment professionals.
• Contribute to data pipelines, validation, and observability across environments.
• Define reusable engineering patterns and AI-enabled capabilities for analytics workflows.
