iA Global Asset Management (iAGAM) seeks a Quant Systems Engineer to translate quantitative research into robust, production‑ready software. You’ll work with Front Office teams to build scalable analytics platforms, with a focus on AI, observability, and reliable data pipelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration, reuse, and platform standardization across investment functions, while enabling cloud‑native solutions and robust deployment practices.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience for intermediate candidates; 8+ years for senior candidates.
• Experience working at the intersection of software engineering, analytics, quantitative research, or investment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Co‑design and co‑develop quantitative solutions supporting investment workflows.
• Translate research and analytical workflows into production‑ready implementations.
• Support full lifecycle of quantitative solutions from design to deployment and evolution.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure reliable data pipelines and AI capabilities.
• Design, build, and support data pipelines connecting source data to analytics and reporting.
