Myant is hiring a Senior Software Quality Engineer to lead testing across health software platforms, emphasizing patient safety and privacy. You will own the quality strategy, stay hands-on with automation, and leverage AI to accelerate testing without compromising standards.

In this role you will shape test design, collaborate with clinical experts, and drive AI-assisted workflows while ensuring robust security and data governance across the product suite.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in software quality engineering with a focus on health software and patient privacy.
• Strong testing of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and data isolation.
• Hands-on test automation using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Experience with mobile testing on iOS/Android and cross‑platform issues.
• Ability to design risk-based test strategies and use AI-assisted testing judiciously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and clinical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own the platform's test strategy with a risk-based approach emphasizing patient safety and PHI protection.
• Define release criteria and provide evidence-based readiness assessments.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and clinical teams to clarify acceptance criteria.
• Lead testing for access control, data privacy, and security throughout development.
• Develop AI-assisted testing workflows and guardrails with human oversight.
• Mentor team members in test design, automation, and AI tool usage.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Perform defect reports with reproducible steps and verify fixes.
