Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a senior QA partner to drive testing strategy for computer vision–powered mobile experiences. You will own test plans across unit, integration, end-to-end, automation, and manual testing, expanding surfaces and reducing manual work through automation.

You will collaborate with CV researchers, software engineers, and product designers to ensure quality is built into design and implementation, and mentor teammates to raise testing standards across the org.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in end-user application testing, with hands-on manual and automated testing.
• 2+ years testing mobile apps (React Native, iOS, Android).
• Experience creating test plans and coverage across unit, integration, end-to-end, automation, and manual testing.
• Experience building or maintaining test automation frameworks to catch regressions.
• 3+ years as a senior or lead QA partner driving testing strategy.
• Experience using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for automation.
• Experience testing computer-vision–based apps or features.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or related field.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience testing end-user applications, with hands-on experience across both manual and automated testing.
• 2+ years of experience testing mobile applications (e.g., React Native, native iOS, or native Android).
• Experience creating test plans and driving coverage across unit, integration, end-to-end, automation, and manual testing for new product capabilities.
• Experience building, improving, or maintaining test automation frameworks to catch regressions earlier and reduce manual effort.
• 2+ years of experience creating and executing comprehensive test plans for new product capabilities, including complex feature sets.
• 3+ years operating as a senior or lead QA partner, driving testing strategy or evolving quality practices for a team.
• Experience using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for test automation, tooling, or debugging workflows.
• Experience testing interactive mobile experiences such as video games, AR/VR applications, or other real-time, motion-sensitive products.
• Experience testing computer-vision–based applications or features.
• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field.
