Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline.
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience in quality assurance.
• Experience in test automation.
• Master QA processes and the implementation of quality tools.
• Knowledge of QA tools such as Xray and Postman.
• Demonstrate experience in writing and executing strategies, scenarios, and test cases.
• Be organized, rigorous and have an excellent sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and ensure quality strategies for large or complex initiatives.
• Collaborate with delivery teams and architectural consultants to integrate functional and non-functional quality requirements from the ideation stage.
• Advise project management in the definition, implementation and interpretation of solution quality indicators.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt best practices in quality assurance.
• Coordinate quality specialists in the collection, analysis and interpretation of data required to support testing phases and implementation strategies.
• Write the overall testing strategy and manage it.
• Review and approve detailed quality and testing strategies for application teams.
• Develop or perform technical proofreading of test cases and scripts.
• Participate in quality review meetings.
• Prepare the system testing schedule with relevant stakeholders.
• Organize the preparation of environments and data necessary to run tests.
• Follow up on test results with the teams involved.
• Support specialists in defining scopes related to stories, releases, sprints, projects and tests.
• Contribute to bug management and patch tracking.
• Analyze risks, write required reports and make recommendations.
• Prepare and recommend action plans to resolve situations encountered.
• Perform manual and automated tests as required.
