Job summary

Randstad Canada is seeking a Senior Test Lead to direct end-to-end testing lifecycles for complex enterprise solutions in Toronto. You will shape test strategy, manage quality across functional, integration, and non-functional testing, and drive both manual and automated testing execution on onsite delivery.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and security specialists, govern release readiness, and provide evidence-based quality recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Test Lead or QA Lead for large, complex digital or enterprise solutions.
• Experience authoring end-to-end test strategies, master test plans, schedules, quality criteria, and completion reports.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain overall test strategy, schedules, entry/exit criteria, and quality management across the delivery lifecycle.
• Develop test plans, scenarios, execution procedures, and completion reports for enterprise solutions.
• Lead and coordinate manual and automated testing activities.
• Identify and implement test automation opportunities to maximize coverage and efficiency across UI, API, and database layers.
• Coordinate test environments, data management, and supporting tooling resources.
• Maintain requirements RTM and test coverage reporting for functional and non-functional validation.
• Direct defect management workflows, including triage, retry, and closure.
• Evaluate testing risks and dependencies, and propose mitigation strategies.
• Report progress, quality indicators, and release risks to leadership.
