Sun Life Financial is seeking a Senior Manager, Quality Assurance and Financial Crime Operations in Canada. You will lead QA reviews of name screening and transaction monitoring, document findings and provide independent challenge to investigative conclusions, escalation decisions and regulatory reporting.

The role covers QA framework ownership, calibration with teams, monitoring remediation, and maintaining knowledge of AML/ATF requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, finance, audit, law or related field.
• AML/ATF knowledge and regulatory reporting familiarity is expected.
• At least five years in AML operations, QA, audit, or related roles.
• Experience designing QA methodologies, sampling, and remediation processes.
• Able to communicate findings to management and stakeholders clearly.
• Experience in insurance sector is an asset.

• Lead risk-based QA reviews of name screening and transaction monitoring.
• Document findings with evidence and provide recommendations.
• Own QA framework, procedures and calibration with teams.
• Track findings through closure and monitor remediation.
• Prepare management QA reports and dashboards.
