Placements24 is seeking a meticulous and experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with a focus on performance testing to join their QA team in Kimberley. This role is crucial for ensuring the scalability, stability, and responsiveness of our client's software applications under various load conditions.

You will design, develop, and execute comprehensive performance and load testing strategies, mentor junior QA engineers, and integrate testing into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of experience in QA automation, with a significant focus on performance and load testing.
• Proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, k6).
• Strong understanding of performance testing concepts, metrics, and methodologies.
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, Groovy) for test script customization.
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring (APM) tools and cloud environments is a plus.

Responsibilities
