Job summary

The role emphasizes building robust CI/CD pipelines and selecting tools like Selenium, Playwright, Appium, and AI helpers to improve design, coverage, and defect detection, with a hybrid work arrangement of three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding and hands-on experience in automation testing frameworks for web, API, and AI-assisted testing.
• Experience with mobile automation tools such as Appium or Robot Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Java, .NET, C#, Python, or JavaScript and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the test automation strategy, framework design, test planning, and execution activities across products and platforms.
• Support automation script development, framework optimization, and AI-assisted testing adoption.
• Recommend new tools, technologies, AI capabilities, techniques, and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Create and maintain standard frameworks for Functional Automation, Performance Testing, and intelligent test automation.
• Work with QA and development teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall product quality.
• Leverage AI-based tools and insights to improve test coverage, defect detection, regression efficiency, and reporting.
• Respond appropriately and competently to work challenges when confronted with changes, ambiguity, adversity, and other pressures.
