Senior QA Analyst – Solution Delivery (D2C)

Location: 100% Remote – Must be based in Canada and available in the EST time zone
Duration: 8-month contract – 35 hours per week

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior QA Analyst to support solution delivery across direct-to-consumer (D2C) platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset and strong experience in manual testing within digital commerce and omnichannel retail environments.

You will take the lead in defining and executing testing strategies across a range of integrated systems, including Commerce Platforms, Order Management, PIM-DAM, Payment Solutions, and ERP (SAP). Your role is essential to ensuring that all digital solutions are delivered with quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough testing of digital platforms (Commerce, ERP, Finance, Customer Experience, etc.) to ensure quality and defect-free delivery.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring alignment with business goals, solution requirements, non-functional expectations, and compliance standards (e.g., SOX).

• Create, implement, and monitor manual test scripts to evaluate application functionality, reliability, and performance.

• Perform regression and sanity testing during each release cycle to ensure system integrity and readiness.

• Proactively identify, document, and replicate bugs, error codes, and defects.

• Assess and escalate issues based on severity, ensuring timely communication with relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in manual testing, with proven success using both manual and automated testing tools.

• 2–3 years of experience in digital retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel projects.

• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance principles and best practices, with hands-on experience in test planning, case design, and documentation.

• Experience in Web-based application testing, including backend and API-level validations.

• Solid knowledge of SQL and database querying for data validation.

• Proven ability to connect testing assignments with broader project objectives and solution delivery timelines.
