Job summary

CGL is seeking a QA/Test Lead for the Advisor Tech Platform in a hybrid role (2 days in office). You will lead testing for Salesforce Financial Service Cloud, drive QA strategies, and coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple systems to ensure quality.

The role requires 5+ years in testing, Salesforce Admin certification, and experience with Jira/Zephyr/Confluence in Agile environments. Insurance knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Degree or diploma in IT or CS plus 5+ years testing experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of insurance principles and practices.
• Experience with QA automation tools (Playwright/Selenium).
• Experience with Jira, Zephyr and Confluence in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Create test strategies for various projects.
• Plan system and user acceptance testing.
• Execute system and user acceptance testing per plans.
• Coordinate resolution of testing problems with devs and analysts.
• Create and maintain test case docs and record issues.
• Conduct walkthroughs of testing docs for medium-to-large projects.
• Participate in verifications of implementations.
• Analyze testing procedures and suggest quality improvements.
