Job description

Position Description:

We are seeking a Senior QA Analyst to support the delivery of digital commerce and omnichannel initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of solutions across platforms such as eCommerce, ERP, Order Management, and Payment systems.

You will define and execute test strategies, validate business and technical requirements, and play a key role in ensuring seamless customer experiences in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test digital solutions (eCommerce, ERP, finance, customer platforms) to ensure quality and compliance.
  2. Develop and execute test plans aligned with business and technical objectives.
  3. Design and maintain test scripts to assess functionality, performance, and reliability.
  4. Conduct regression and sanity testing for all releases.
  5. Identify, log, and reproduce defects; escalate issues based on severity.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate solution requirements and ensure delivery readiness.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital retail, eCommerce, or omnichannel projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in manual testing, including test planning and script development.
  • Strong understanding of QA principles, test strategy, and best practices.
  • Experience with backend, API, and web-based application testing.
  • Proficient in SQL and database validation.
  • Familiarity with both manual and automated testing tools is an asset.

Note: Bilingualism in French and English is required for this position due to the role's interaction with national and global clients.
