Avanciers Incorporated is seeking a Senior QA Analyst for an onsite role in Toronto, Ontario. The contract position spans 6-12+ months with a compensation rate of CAD 60–70 per hour. The candidate will lead testing efforts, leverage Azure DevOps and ALM, and ensure quality across Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps environments.

• 10+ years in testing strategy, planning and execution.
• Experience with test management tools (Azure DevOps, ALM).
• Experience with AODA audits and remediation.
• Familiarity with version control systems.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps.
• Cloud experience with Microsoft Azure.

Role: Senior QA Analyst

Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)

Duration: 6-12+ months

Rate: CAD $60-70/hr (7.25 billable hours)

Responsibilities

• 10+ years of experience in process, planning, organizing and implementing testing efforts
• Extensive Experience with test management tools on one or more platforms such as Azure DevOps & Microfocus ALM 12.5
• Experience conducting AODA Compliance Audit & Remediation
• Knowledge and experience in the use of Test Management tools and version control systems on one or more platforms
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile & DevOps methodologies
• Experience with Cloud technology (Microsoft Azure)
