Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, OO programming, and data structures.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Strong SQL skills with relational databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle/SQL Server).
• Experience building REST APIs, JSON, and application integration.
• Familiarity with Linux, shell scripting, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing automated tests and debugging distributed apps.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python.
• Build REST APIs and integrate with internal systems and external services.
• Develop data processing pipelines using Pandas and NumPy and SQL.
• Write and optimize database queries for large datasets.
• Implement data validation, reconciliation, and audit logging.
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability of applications.
• Write automated tests with Pytest or unittest and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
