The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated, confident individual to join the Canada Strategic Pursuits team as a Senior Pursuit and Proposal Strategist. You will provide strategic and tactical support to help win new business, participate in proposal management, and co-author content for proposals and presentations. You will collaborate with Client Executives, client service professionals, designers, Pursuits Strategists across Canada, and an international team of Pursuit Coordinators.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the strategic communications process on the firm’s largest pursuits
  2. Research, write, and edit proposal content
  3. Drive the pursuit process, coordinate information, and follow up on actions
  4. Facilitate meetings with bid response team members
  5. Monitor pursuit activities for deadlines and quality standards
  6. Manage multiple proposals simultaneously
  7. Review final pursuit collateral for quality and brand standards
  8. Serve as liaison between the proposal team and support functions
  9. Provide oral presentation coaching
  10. Build relationships within the Markets Organization
  11. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  12. Mentor Pursuit Strategists and share best practices
  13. Guide a team of Pursuit and Proposal Strategists under the Canada Strategic Pursuit Leader

Minimum Qualifications

  2. 7-10 years relevant proposal experience
  3. People management or team leadership experience
  4. Proficiency in English (various offices across Canada)
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in professional services proposal development
