Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking a Software Consultant to blend technical acumen with outstanding listening, facilitation, and consultative skills for public sector budgeting needs. You will guide government entities to unlock value in Euna Budget Pro and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions.

You will engage across Day 2 rollout to full-scale optimization, translating client needs into actionable requirements and communicating effective pathways forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or related field.
• 5+ years in software development/consulting or project management with SME budgeting knowledge.
• Strong consultative presence with listening, facilitation and problemsolving.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements with clarity and organization.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies and project management fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborative mindset.
• Diversity of talents and perspectives appreciated.
• Interest in AI forward thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements with a consultative mindset and align across stakeholders.
• Analyze client processes and public sector budgeting workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
• Deliver advisory work through time-and-material engagements.
• Support Day 2 implementations and full-scale system and business process optimization initiatives.
• Translate client needs into technical requirements and collaborate with development and crossfunctional teammates.
• Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams for accurate execution.
• Demonstrate thought leadership by sharing budgeting and software best practices.
• Provide technical product demonstrations and craft clear, compelling materials.
