We are seeking a strategic, detail-oriented proposal expert with a collaborative approach and a strong background in engineering-related submissions.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Lead end-to-end proposal development for public and private sector clients.
2. Collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored, strategic content.
3. Manage proposal schedules, compliance requirements, and submission protocols.
4. Customize and format proposals using InDesign and other creative tools.
5. Support content strategy, pursuit planning, and internal process improvement.

Who You Are :

1. 5-10 years of experience leading proposals in an engineering or civil firm.
2. Deep understanding of civil infrastructure and energy-focused pursuits.
3. Strong writing, editing, and layout capabilities (InDesign proficiency required).
4. Organized, proactive, and confident working across multiple deadlines.

Location : Based in or near Kitchener-Waterloo or Hamilton.
