Our close knit and highly experience team has decades of experience working together designing, building, and supporting technology solutions for emergency communication centers and first responders. Today we work with customers in the USA, Canada, South America, and around the globe, with deployments that range in size from four position dispatch centers to country-wide implementations with hundreds of dispatch positions.
EMERES is seeking a highly experienced Proposal Manager to lead complex government RFx pursuits. This role is designed for seasoned proposal professionals who have successfully managed large, highly competitive procurements involving enterprise software, SaaS, public safety technology, or mission-critical solutions. The position will own the proposal process from opportunity qualification through final submission and executive approval.
Due to the nature of our work supporting public safety and government agencies, employment is contingent upon successfully completing all required pre-employment screening processes. These may include employment verification, education verification, criminal history checks, and other legally permissible background investigations.
In addition, employees may be required to obtain and maintain eligibility to access customer systems, facilities, and information. This may include fingerprint-based background checks, compliance with Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy requirements, and additional customer-specific screening, credentialing, security clearance, or drug-testing requirements.
