Brilliant Property Management is a dynamic and fast-growing condominium management company serving communities across Ontario. We pride ourselves on being a firm where integrity, experience, and efficiency lead the way — and we’re looking for an experienced Ontario Licensed Condominium Manager (OLCM) to join our team.

This isn’t a starter role. We are looking for someone who has seen it all — major capital projects, complex owner disputes, aggressive timelines, and demanding boards — and come through the other side better for it. You’ll be working with a supportive leadership team, trusted professionals, and a company that believes in doing the job right.

What We’re Looking For:

A Senior Property Manager (see below) and a senior bookkeeper with Condominium Experience (apply directly - you must have Condominium bookkeeping experience).

Job Description - Senior Property Manager

  • You hold a current OLCM license in Ontario. If you’re also an RCM (Registered Condominium Manager), even better.
  • You have 7+ years of experience as a lead manager for mid-size to large condominiums.
  • You’ve managed capital projects totaling $5M+ — and you’ve got the battle scars and success stories to prove it.
  • You bring exceptional people skills, professionalism, and emotional intelligence.
  • You write clean, effective reports, and you speak with clarity and purpose — whether to a board or a resident.
  • You are a confident decision-maker, a calm problem-solver, and a team player.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, email communication, and can quickly learn new digital tools.
  • You’ve used platforms like Condo Control, BuildingLink, or similar.
  • You’ve got a great sense of humour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day condominium operations.
  • Manage onsite staff and contractors.
  • Facilitate and attend Board of Directors meetings; prepare meeting notices, reports, and minutes.
  • Coordinate major capital projects with engineers, contractors, and consultants.
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting for the corporation.
  • Address resident concerns and resolve issues professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legislation (Condominium Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, etc.).
  • Maintain effective communication with Boards, residents, and service providers.
  • Other duties related to successful condominium management.
  • Note: This role requires an experienced professional who understands the full scope of condominium management. If you are unfamiliar with the broad range of responsibilities involved, this position is not a fit.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive health and dental benefits package.
  • Supportive management team and professional working environment.
  • Opportunities for career development and continuing education.
  • Respect for your time, skills, and dedication.
