Senior Projects Manager (Roads/Bridges)

Abu Dhabi, UAE

Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Project Manager specializing in Roads and Bridges to join our PMC Team! In this role, you will lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, Construction & Project Managers to manage and deliver multiple projects through all stages, including Design and Construction.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Lead a team of Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers, and report to the Project Director.
2. Manage the delivery of road and bridge projects, ensuring that any issues impacting cost, time, and quality are resolved efficiently.
3. Supervise Consultants, Contractors, and Project Managers to ensure project milestones are met.
4. Attend meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Authorities, Utilities Providers, and other relevant stakeholders.
5. Review technical, commercial, and planning contractor submittals and provide your approval or endorsement accordingly.
6. Provide innovative solutions to project issues that may affect cost, time, and quality.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

1. Minimum of 18 years of experience in relevant works, specifically in roads, bridges, tunnels, and infrastructure projects.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable institution.
3. Extensive knowledge of Project Management principles.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
5. Proactive and problem-solving approach.
6. Excellent writing and presentation skills.
