Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Planner for GSW, a full-service healthcare communications agency. The role focuses on managing financials, vendor coordination, and producing comprehensive project timelines across multiple brands.

You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and client communications while coordinating production schedules to ensure on-time delivery and fiscal health of accounts.

The Senior Project Planneris a driver in the financial and vendor aspect of any account. Managing financials (scopes, estimates, and billing worksheets), assisting in revenue forecasting and reconciliations, developing chronologies, coordinating productions, and handling final distribution.

• Experience in health and medical advertising / pharma
• Technical Expertise: MS Office Suite; Experience with Project Management software (nice to have)

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 CAD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
