Senior Project Manager with Telephony IVR Experience to Upgrade and Enhance SMS Functionality

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with telephony IVR experience to upgrade and enhance SMS functionality.

Must Have:

10+ years experience working as a Project Manager within the utilities industry
Experience working on post Telephony platform implementation related upgrades such as:

SMS functionality
Updating credit card thresholds through the interactive voice response system (IVR)

Additional Requirement:

Experience working on SAP Billings system workflows
