Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets, timelines, risks and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• 3–5 years of project management experience involving technology systems, equipment installations or integrated hardware and software solutions.
• Experience managing projects with both physical installation and technical implementation components.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project or related program and project scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, vendors, contractors and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• A proactive, adaptable and hands‑on approach, with the ability to work independently in a collaborative team environment.
• Valid Ontario G driver's licence, clean driving record and access to a reliable vehicle for site visits.
• Ability to travel as required.

Additional Assets

• Experience in parking technology, access control, EV charging infrastructure or related systems.
• Previous experience in a smaller, growing organization.
• PMP certification or post‑secondary education in Engineering, Computer Science, Technology or a related field.
