Senior Project Manager specializing in ERP (Workday) and Cloud Infrastructure to lead and deliver strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment for a cross-functional enterprise transformation project (Calgary / Hybrid Work Model)

Our Calgary client is looking for a Senior Project Manager specializing in ERP (Workday) and Cloud Infrastructure to lead and deliver strategic planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment for a cross-functional enterprise transformation project.

Hybrid working environment. Must be able to work onsite downtown Calgary.

Must Haves:

• 10+ years experience as a Senior Project Manager
• Workday ERP implementation experience across Finance, Procurement, and HCM domains
• Proven ability to manage Azure DevOps, Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Experience with infrastructure, identity management, and cloud platforms in a transformation context
• Proficient in project management tools for planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management
• Project management certification such as PMP and demonstrated delivery of complex IT programs

Nice to Haves:

• Experience managing RAID logs and reporting for large-scale ERP initiatives
• Background in change management and stakeholder engagement strategy
• Prior delivery experience with ERP systems beyond Workday (e.g., Oracle, SAP)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of a multi-phase Workday implementation project
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and dependencies
• Manage project resources, budgets, and vendor collaboration to ensure project remains on track and within scope
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, integrations, and user readiness activities
• Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams, executives, and stakeholders
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and manage the transition of deliverables to operational teams
