Project Context

The OnCorr Project, part of the GO Rail Expansion initiative, aims to improve mobility in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Region (GTHA) by enhancing the GO Transit rail network. Our Specialized Delivery Organization facilitates efficient project execution within this scope.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with suppliers, clients, and internal teams for pre- and post-installation of special trackwork.
  • Apply project management controls to ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality KPIs.
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects, from minor renewals to complex multidisciplinary programs.

Ensure the safe and effective delivery of all projects, adhering to safety standards, quality requirements, and deadlines.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in developing and delivering special trackwork projects in compliance with company standards.
  • Ability to create comprehensive project management plans.
  • Proven skills in managing cross-functional virtual teams.
